You will find me at markets, holistic events and festivals.
What is Chakra Dancing?
Chakra Dancing is a fun heart centred workout for the mind, body and soul.
Chakra Dancing is for everyone and is a great way to move the body, have fun and express yourself. It is a great way to release stress & emotion whilst grounding yourself.
Chakra Dancing balances the 7 main energy centres (Chakras) in the body, stimulating a natural flow of energy.
A workout for everybody from the inside out.
